Unhappy with your purchase:
If you find that you are having any issues, complications or discomfort with your new glasses we are committed to finding the easiest and best resolution and welcome the opportunity to create a positive customer service experience. Our staff is prepared to assist you with any problems or grievances you may be having. Please send us an email with your order number and your contact email as well as your phone number and we will respond as soon as possible. Our commitment is to you and your satisfaction with your purchase. We welcome your call and concerns with commitment to satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on prescription glasses up to 30 days from the delivery date of your glasses. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused, undamaged product for a Store Credit or a Product Exchange. The returned prescription glasses must be unworn, and in unaltered pristine condition. All package contents including case, cloth, instructions etc… must be returned in its original packaging just as it was sent to you. Please understand that due the complexity and lens customization required to make prescription glasses that we can not resell or restock the frames and lenses and your returned glasses will be donated to our Gift of Sight Charity. Also know that we will take all the necessary actions to provide you with the right and correct glasses with our Store Credit and Product Exchange. We will take every step and measure possible to ensure your satisfaction with your populareyes™ customer service experience.
Store Credit or Product Exchange:
Once we have received your unused return we will work with you to initiate an online store credit or exchange. The store credit or exchange will be for the price you paid for your initial prescription glasses. In some cases we may be able to use the returned lenses and modify them to a set of new frames. Populareyes™ can give a one time Store Credit or Exchange per order item. For any customizations that require verbal or written approval to be created, we may not be able to offer the exact credit but will work with you to have an amicable conclusion for both parties.
Return Shipping Cost:
if you live in the 48 contiguous United States, there is NO cost for return shipping. Once our customer service team receives your request they will provide instructions to facilitate your return. If you live outside of the 48 contiguous states, AK, HI, Canada and Puerto Rico there will be a cost based on your actual location that will be deducted from your refund.

Prescription Glasses with populareyes™ POPCare:
Customers with POPCare are covered for loss or damage for one year from the delivery date. After this period, returns or exchanges are no longer eligible under this coverage. For full details, please visit the POPCare link.
